ROW FIT is for you.  Sexy, top-of -the-range water rowers, 50 minutes of cardio workout on and off the rowers, designed to make you sweat and burn calories. Maximum 6 per class.

TRX Circuit - consists of 50 minutes of work on the TRX suspension straps combined with HiiT (high intensity interval training).  

With a maximum of 6 people per class, you will be guided through the exercises.  These classes are designed to improve strength and stamina as well as giving you a regular cardio workout. Classes on Monday 13.10 and Saturdays 9.00.  Maximum 6 per class.
