Don't be scared! This training strengthens you back, legs, arms and hips, increases stamina and improves endurance, exercises your heart and makes you feel great! Small groups delivered by professional instructors with special adaptations for you depending on your fitness level/strength. Maximum 6 per class.

TRX Total Body
TRX Circuit - consists of 50 minutes of work on the TRX suspension straps combined with HiiT (high intensity interval training).
With a maximum of 6 people per class, you will be guided through the exercises. These classes are designed to improve strength and stamina as well as giving you a regular cardio workout. Classes on Saturdays 9.00am. Maximum 6 per class.
