TRX Total Body Workout - consists of 50 minutes of work on the TRX suspension straps combined with HiiT (high intensity interval training).
With a maximum of 6 people per class, you will be guided through the exercises. These classes are designed to improve strength and stamina as well as giving you a regular cardio workout. Classes on Monday and Saturdays.
