At BePilates, we believe great Pilates begins with great teaching.

Our team is made up of highly trained STOTT PILATES® and Balanced Body instructors who are passionate about helping clients move well and feel their best.

Known for their expertise, attention to detail, and encouraging approach, our teachers create an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for.

While every instructor brings their own personality and experience to the studio, they all share the same commitment to thoughtful, intelligent movement and exceptional client care.

  • Helen Pilkington

    Coach principal et directeur, certifié STOTT, certifié Melt Method. Helen enseigne le Pilates et le fitness depuis plus de 18 ans. Elle veut que chacun ait une vie équilibrée, saine et amusante - grâce au mouvement, aux soins personnels et au rire. Enseigne en français et anglais

  • Diana Marulanda

    Diana Marulanda, Coach Prinicpal et directeur de Bepilates, est originaire de Colombie et est co ach de Pilates chez STOTT. Elle apporte une joie a tous ses cours.  Elle enseigne en anglais, français et espagnol

  • Ségolène

    Segolene est coach certifiée STOTT et enseigne depuis plus de 10 ans. Elle aime la variété et apporte de nouveaux éléments à ses cours chaque semaine. Enseigne en français et anglais

  • Sophie

    Sophie is a STOTT Pilates Trainer Reformer Coach as well as a Studio Evolution (Toulouse) trained mat coach. Firstly as one of our clients and now one of our teachers she has been practising pilates for over 12 years. She teaches in English & French
