We are more than a pilates studio. We offer a range of services to help you look at your lifestyle, help you reduce your mental stress, reduce the consequent negative effects in your body and to help put you on a sustainable journey to good health and wellbeing.
Particularly as women we experience bigger changes in our bodies and our minds due to hormonal changes. We need to take account of these and not just ignore the effects they have on us or our family. Whether you or a member of your family need some help to switch to a more healthy diet or you need some guidance with dealing with the changes of perimenopause and menopause we can give you support, advice and assistance.
Helen Pilkington CNM Health & Melt Method Coach currently offers nutrition and health coaching as well as Melt Method sessions to help you relax and rebalance your body. We will also soon be adding massage services so sign up to our newsletter to keep in touch.
