We have 2 'IN-STUDIO' Pilates Mat classes per week:
Wednesdays @ 12.30pm
Fridays @ 9.00am
You will work on the mat with small props (circle, rollers, soft ball, swiss ball, elastic, toning balls). Pilates Mat is great for working on breathing, flexibility, body awareness, connection with your core, control and will help you to destress.
These classes take place at Envolve-Gym next door or VIA ZOOM at home
